About Us

Our History

Datoch Properties Facility Management was created as a vehicle to deliver a wider range of facility services to both existing and new clients. Originally established as a property development company, we soon saw an opportunity to assist our clients in maintaining their facilities after construction by offering a wider range of facility maintenance services such as pressure cleaning, high cleans, landscaping, carpet cleaning, window cleaning (high & low) and many other similar trade services. Datoch Properties Facility Management has now expanded its services to include Security services, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Handyman and Fencing.

Engr. Temitope Arowolo
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Engr. Tope Arowolo joined Odu’a Investment Group as the General Manager, Property Development and Management in 2017. He was a Non - Executive Director on the following Boards, Wemabod Estate Limited, Casino Height Estate Limited, Westlink Iconic Limited. As a Construction, Building and Facility Management Specialist with over 26 years’ experience, he joined from JCDecaux, where he served as Head Construction, Sub-Saharan Africa.
Adewolu Kikelomo Omolola
Director, Business Development Unit
In her professional career spanning over 20 years, she oversees and direct day-to-day maintenance operations for all the our facility, including grounds maintenance and upkeep; direct staff, processes, and activities to sustain safe, continuous, and efficient plant operations. Kike holds the Higher National Diploma from the Yaba College of Technology, she is a dynamic, driven and accomplished Project Manager offering expertise in project management, grounds maintenance, operations and safety management. She exhibits exceptional skills in problem solving, team building, negotiation, leadership and departmental budgeting.
Akin Olu-Philips
Non-Executive Director
Akinleye Olu-Philips is a Broadcast Media Administrator and Communications Consultant with bias for political strategy. Akinleye with several years experience in Media and Broadcasting has been involved in the creation of several innovative Media content both on Radio & TV. He was actively involved in the revamping of Lagos Television and the producer of The Desert Warriors Reality TV Show.
Mr. Akinyemi Olutunde
Director, Lagos, Ogun and Northern Region
With a Bsc in Estate Management from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Mr Akinyemi boasts over two decades of experience in the Property and Facility Management space, holding several positions such as . Estate Surveyor at Olukayode Ogun & Co . Estate manager at Israel properties and Building construction Ltd. . Acting Director of Estate and Properties at Adron homes and properties Ltd.
Akingbehin Folakemi Elizabeth
Director of Accounts
Mrs. Akingbemin is an astute accountant with dexterity in a number of accounting software and certifications to show for. She has served as Accountant for several notable organisations before joining Datoch. Some of which includes Michael Hammond Engineering coy, Lagos State cooperative finance and investment (LASCOFIS), and so on.
Kunle Aliu
Western World Director
Adekunle is a graduate of The Polytechnic Ibadan (HND 1991) in Estate Management with Distinction, and Lagos State University, Ojoo Lagos (B.Sc Hons, 2001) in Business Administration. He is an Associate of The Chartered Institute of Administration (ACIA). Kunle has rich experience in real estate and facility management of more than three decades, garnered across real estate, manufacturing, oil & gas, fast food and property development industries. He was the Property Manager in Tantalizers Plc for up to 15 years where he rose to the level of Senior Manager.
